Ricardo Mesado

Master Pastry Chef and Baker from a renowned family in the Castellón region of Segorbe, raised from a young age in the family business of Algimia, and then developed his own business in the town of Jérica, accompanied by his charming wife, Rosa.

Impatient and tireless, Ricardo, without aspiring to fame or appearance, continues with his work oriented above all to genuineness and tradition, always looking for textures and flavors capable of surprising those who come to his store to try his creations and, among them the best known, the Jericano.

A professional career of 40 years that has now been going on for 10 years, comes together with teaching at the Gerogelato academy, first in Valencia and then in Aranjuez.
